Storyline: Sinbad was pursuing a secret weapon: Greek Fire. Attributed to the ancient Greeks, it was composed of pitch or bitumen, sulfur, and other ingredients. In Baghdad, the poet Omar Khayyam (Vincent Price) is in search of his friend (Dale Robertson) Sinbad, who is wanted by the caliph (Leon Askin), wandering the streets and markets of the city. Son Sinbad is a boring movie, more or less only the scanning speed watchable. But what redeems this film is the performance of some of the biggest names in burlesque in 1950. A big thanks to Howard Hughes and responsible for the making of this film. Burlesque Queen Lili St. Cyr is breathtaking and sumptuous costumes and wear the most glamorous saw a film on the theme of the harem. Dance sequences with wonderful exotic Nejla Ates and Kalantan make this film a must for fans of burlesque. Unfortunately, there is no stiptease here, but the Son of Sinbad has a bevy of beauties in colorful costumes that make for some delicious eye-candy. There is no doubt that the girls are the main attraction here, with a little story, the plot and action built around them.
