Storyline: Two brothers share a house in LA's Fairfax district: Tony's a feckless actor, Chris is an accountant. Both are in relationships on rocky ground. As these emotions swirl, Tony meets his US Postal Service letter carrier, a single mom named Kathy who's come to LA from Wyoming with her daughter, a budding actress. Chris meets Anna, an Italian beauty working in the States for a few months wrangling animals on movie sets. Chris also befriends Clive, an aging and crusty man whose longing for his recently-deceased wife is a portrait of true love. Can Clive's example help Chris sort out his love life, and can Tony grow up enough to see the possibilities with Kathy and her daughter?

I went to a free screening of this picture August 23, 2000. The wife of the distribution company told us: “The filmmakers could not be here tonight, but if they were, I would like to let you know that the film cost $ 40,000 to make, and won Score Toronto Public.” This is what want us to know. The film is sad, but the girls seem to appreciate because hunk learn their lessons (women, of course) and become better people.
Initially, each brother (actor happy-go-lucky blonde nicknamed “Smiling Fish” from a Native American grandmother, and serious brown book called “Goat on Fire) is having trouble girl. fish with friends realizes that uses a ribbed condom – and she buys all the condoms, but not ribbed. Capra Girlfriend keeps crying for no reason at all. Turns out she is pregnant, but not goat, and is confused about what to do, and go through this phase irrational that pregnant women sometimes
Every brothers reached a guru. Capra befriends a fellow accountant – an old black man who tries to eat enough donuts to kill himself so that he could join his wife in heaven. Fish meets beautiful letter carrier, whose daughter (an aspiring actress herself) acts as the impetus to get serious with his mother box. Capra revive a sensual animal wrangler with a European Focus annoying, dumps when you think of this ex boyfriend -girl is his, but after the old black man dies, a tape is played at the funeral, that Capra becomes the coach together again.
I would have liked this movie, if it took place in New York, but the parameters California and employment-la-seemed too light. The film looked like a USC thesis film, which costs maybe $ 35,000. I do not know where the other $ 5000 is gone.
This movie was terrible. That’s all there is to it. Of course, a romantic comedy, but there was something different about it. In general, this type of movie, TV show is no exaggeration to hit you on the head and romance crap in front of the jump pasty shit shit bed. This is different. The cast is perfect, these people are not carrying the male / female types, but are people who are in the media. And the thing that sticks most is how real relationships are obviously a bit ‘crazy at times, but not beyond what anyone in real life experiences. The film is entirely believable, funny and charming. Highly recommended if you want to see something funny again. (Rather than dramatize hollywood madness). Congratulations to the creators of this film!
